Client Operations Analyst – Manchester – Ref 107562
Duration: 12 months
Premium Rate: £30.00 per hour
Location: Manchester (4 days onsite)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global financial services organisation within their Client Operations team.
We are seeking multiple Client Operations Analysts to support a busy Client Activation function responsible for client account openings, account maintenance and account closures. This is a high-volume, process-driven environment where accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
The Role
- Process client account opening, maintenance and closure requests
- Support account setup and market access requests
- Handle high volumes of operational requests accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Work across multiple internal systems and applications
- Complete operational processes in line with procedures and controls
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are completed efficiently
- Support quality checks and operational governance activities
- Manage email-based communications with internal teams and clients where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Ideal Candidate
You'll thrive in a busy operational environment, enjoy learning new processes and be comfortable handling a varied workload. Previous experience within financial services operations, account onboarding, client services operations or investment operations would be highly beneficial.
