Duration: 12 months

Location: Manchester (four days per week in the office)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Operations Analyst to join the team. This role is responsible for supporting client onboarding activities through data enrichment, account administration, reconciliation support, and system access management.

The successful candidate will review and process requests, maintain accurate records across multiple systems, support the creation and review of cash, position and market value reports, and ensure all activities are completed within established service level agreements. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and complete onboarding and enrichment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Input, maintain, and validate data across multiple internal systems and applications.
  • Create and review cash, position, and market value sheets to support operational processes.
  • Gather and analyse information required for market value reconciliations.
  • Investigate and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or data issues to senior team members promptly.
  • Ensure team members receive access to required applications and systems.
  • Perform peer reviews and quality checks on daily and monthly operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information required to complete reconciliations and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor and manage a high volume of requests while meeting service level requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed in accordance with internal procedures and controls.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and sharing best practices.

Skills And Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Confidence using multiple systems, applications, and databases simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Previous experience in operations, administration, onboarding, reconciliation, data processing, financial services, or other transferable environments is beneficial but not essential.
  • Accountability, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
