Client Operations / Project Manager
London based with hybrid working (3 days in the office). Competitive salary.
About the Role
This global law firm, with a great culture and progression opportunities, is looking for an Client Manager to lead on their relationships with a few strategic growth clients across Healthcare and Life Sciences and Financial Services.
Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Planning and leading client team meetings
- Creating and following up on action plans
- Sharing opportunities, information, and ideas

Project Management
- Leading and project managing legal panel reviews
- Providing consultative input to ensure submissions reflect USPs and key relationship messages

Client Feedback
- Driving client feedback through client service reviews, post matter reviews, and post pitch debrief interviews

Billing and Budgeting
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop plans for legal matters and tracking budgets

AI Enablement
- Overseeing the firm’s AI engagement, including automation for approval processes, billing, etc.

Reporting
- Overseeing the preparation of reports in collaboration with other teams such as finance and LPM

Requirements
- Extensive client relationship management experience
- Exposure to financial account management and/or legal project management experience
- Experience within legal is essential
- Experience of managing FS clients would be desirable
