The Team
Our Client Operations Team sits at the heart of Triple Point's investor journey, ensuring every client investing in our products enjoys a seamless, transparent, and high-quality experience. The team manages the full lifecycle of a client's investment from initial application and onboarding through to ongoing servicing, and offboarding, working closely with advisers, platforms, and internal teams to keep every step accurate and on time.
It's a team that combines strong process discipline with genuine care for client outcomes, in an environment where the client's journey really matters.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Operations Executive is a hands-on role within the Transaction Operations team, responsible for the accurate, timely processing of client transactions and the reconciliations that sit behind them. This role requires someone who takes ownership of the detail, gets things done, and isn't afraid to question whether there's a better way of doing it. The role suits someone with a naturally high level of attention to detail, who is comfortable working with data and numbers, and who is keen to build a career in financial services operations.
Transaction Processing
- Offboarding of investors - Processing redemption and transfer requests on to the CRM system, sending correspondence to investors and advisers, and following up on outstanding requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process investment transactions accurately through the system and within agreed timescales.
- Production of allotment schedules, ensuring investor records and the CRM system are updated correctly.
- Production of fee schedules.
- Prepare and issue post-transaction confirmations to clients and advisers.
- Take ownership of transactions end-to-end — chasing missing information, resolving queries, and seeing each one through to completion.
Reconciliations & Data Accuracy
- Verification of bank details for payments.
- Carrying out anti-money laundering checks and analysing anti-money laundering documents. Maintaining the Compliance/Anti Money Laundering logs.
- Perform client account reconciliations and share reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy across all processing and reconciliation work; spot errors before they become issues.
- Recognise discrepancies or unusual patterns in the data and escalate them for review.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
