Role Overview
Client Operations Lead plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of online and in-person training programmes within a client environment. Working closely with both Neueda colleagues and client stakeholders, the Client Operations Lead ensures effective resource scheduling, identifies opportunities to improve operational processes, and provides meaningful data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Operations Analysts, offering direction, support and mentorship to ensure team and client goals are met while maintaining high efficiency standards in all tasks.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships between the team and client representatives.
- Work closely with Neueda stakeholders to ensure all client initiatives align with the broader organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving processes. Collaborate with the necessary teams to implement and manage these improvements on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource schedules, process changes, and data analysis results. Ensure that all relevant documentation is readily available for reference.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments. Ensure that team members are informed of project updates, changes, and expectations.
- As Team Lead, you will act as the primary escalation point for any issues, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently while maintaining a focus on resolution and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a Client facing operations analysis or a similar role.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and process improvement, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Experience in coordinating resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced client environment.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
