About Mindscope

Mindscope is the behavioural science consultancy for technological and cultural change. Founded by Lea Karam, we help global brands, broadcasters and platforms understand emerging behaviour, decode changing audience dynamics and turn human insight into stronger commercial decisions across technology, entertainment, culture and commerce.

Our clients include Google, TikTok, Snapchat, BBC, ITV, L'Oréal, Canon and Amex GBT. Through our three flagship solutions - Human Foresight, Strategic Planning and Cultural Coding - we combine psychology, behavioural data and emerging technology to help organisations anticipate change, develop effective strategies and understand modern audiences.

Your Role

As Mindscope's client portfolio grows, we are hiring an exceptionally detail-oriented, people-first and quality-obsessed Client Operations Manager (with experience in Research & Insights).

You will independently own, track and manage the end-to-end delivery of project engagements, from day-to-day client coordination through project planning, research scoping, resourcing, quality control and close. You will also be the primary point of contact for our partner agencies and senior specialist network, helping us identify, grow, brief and coordinate the right structure for every engagement.

On any given day, you might be coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project plans and timelines, monitoring risks and dependencies, preparing an important client meeting or keeping communication crisp between internal and external stakeholders.

This is a highly independent role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity and control to complex, fast-moving work. You will manage several global projects across multiple time zones while protecting the quality and client experience on which Mindscope has built its reputation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role is based in London, with a blend of in-person collaboration in our beautiful Grade II-listed Fitzrovia office and working-from-home flexibility. It is designed for a confident, self-directed operator with outstanding attention to detail.

What You'll Own

  • Project delivery - Plans, timelines, milestones and status across all live engagements. Managing research processes, scoping fees, panels, recruitment and fieldwork, timelines, budgets and contributors.
  • Client project management (day-to-day) - You're the operational point of contact for clients - scheduling, updates, logistics, follow-ups.
  • Our senior specialist network - Briefing, coordinating and managing Mindscope's specialist teams who deliver across Europe, MENA, APAC, LATAM and North American time zones. You match capacity to pipeline and keep quality consistent.
  • Quality control - Every deliverable passes through you before it reaches a client - checked against Mindscope's standards, templates, brief and brand voice. You'll learn our deepest IP and methodologies and ensure output is in line with Mindscope's strict AI policies.
  • Systems - SOWs, invoicing, payment tracking, tooling, proposal production and workshop logistics, and keeping our IP library organised and reusable.
  • CEO support - You will coordinate client-facing scheduling, prepare meetings and agendas, capture actions and manage relevant follow-ups. Your role is to protect our CEO's time and attention from day-to-day research.
