Company Description
Panache & Co is a growing London-based bespoke jewellery business specialising in engagement rings and custom fine jewellery.
We combine traditional jewellery manufacturing expertise with a modern, digital-first customer experience. Most clients discover us online and complete the majority of their purchase journey through WhatsApp, phone and digital consultations, with private London collections or appointments available when required.
We are now looking for a highly trusted, commercially minded individual to become the key point of contact for our UK customers and help run the day-to-day London operation alongside the founder.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Description

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
This is not a traditional retail jewellery position.
You will take ownership of customers from initial enquiry through to collection or delivery, combining client sales, relationship management and day-to-day operational coordination.
The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, is comfortable working independently, and wants to play an important role in a young business rather than being one person within a large corporate team.
You will work directly with the founder and have significant responsibility from an early stage.
