About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio, moving beyond transactional sales to build deep, multi-year strategic partnerships.
  • Scale: Grow key smaller engagements with strategic accounts to multi-year high impact relationships.
  • Cross-Industry Leadership: Leverage your versatile experience across various sectors to identify common business challenges and position Zensar’s innovative tech solutions as the answer.
  • Stakeholder Excellence: Master the art of influence by managing complex relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across the UK market.
  • Commercial Ownership: Manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of your accounts, demonstrating sharp financial acumen and the ability to structure creative, high-value deals.

Skills Required

  • The High-Performer: You have a proven track record in business development and growing accounts into multi-million-pound relationships. You are now looking for a platform where your drive, grit, and ambition will be the primary catalysts for your career.
  • Portfolio: You have managed a portfolio of at least $8-10m in a high visibility, high impact sales environment and have direct experience working on large deals.
  • Industry Versatile: You thrive on variety. Your cross-industry experience allows you to pivot seamlessly between different business models and technological requirements.
  • Vibrant & Persuasive: You possess exceptional communication skills and a "can-do" spirit that motivates those around you. You don't just meet expectations; you consistently exceed them.
  • Commercially Savvy: You have a natural "commercial know-how." From the initial pitch to the final signature, you understand how to navigate the business side of tech to ensure profitable partnerships.
  • Action-Oriented: You are ready to dive in ASAP, bringing a self-starter mentality that allows you to take ownership of your accounts from day one.
