You will manage a high-value portfolio of global accounts, driving growth through proactive data insights rather than just managing tickets. As a Client Partner, you own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion—ensuring world-leading entertainment and toy brands leverage real-time evidence to reach kids and parents effectively.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of named accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and tier upgrades.
- Interrogate complex datasets to deliver proactive, insight-led business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI and quantify the case for expanded investment.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers and senior stakeholders, mapping business outcomes to the company's data product suite.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within data subscriptions or market research.
- Possesses strong data fluency and the ability to translate complex analytics into compelling commercial narratives for non-technical senior executives.
- Demonstrates a proactive growth mindset with a proven track record of managing renewal cycles and identifying expansion opportunities early.
