About Dablam

Dablam is an AI-native reputation intelligence firm. We help law firms, corporations and private clients build competitive advantage through reputation, shaping how they are understood in an information environment increasingly mediated by AI and large language models. We surface information that is true and under-represented, and make sure it reaches the right audiences, in the right context, at the right time.

Reputation has become a commercial asset. What a model says about a company or an individual now shapes how customers, investors, regulators and counterparties make decisions. We give clients a measurable edge in that environment: stronger, more accurate representation where it matters, and early sight of the reputational risks that do not yet show up anywhere else. Our advantage is proprietary technology that most firms cannot replicate, and it is why we are trusted by global enterprises in regulated sectors and by major law firms.

We are profitable, founder-funded, and growing more than 300 percent year-on-year, with no outside capital. We are scaling a business that already works, in a category we are helping to define.

Why this role, why now

We are expanding our UK team, and this role is central to how we grow. You will own a portfolio of high-profile client relationships and the strategic narrative behind each one.

Reputation management is being rewritten by AI. The law firms, corporations and principals who need this most are only beginning to recognise how much AI models now shape the narrative around them, and how early the risks are visible if you know where to look. You will be advising into that shift as it happens, at a firm already ahead of it.

Because we are early and growing quickly, the role will evolve. You will start by owning your portfolio and, through mentoring and by mastering the Dablam methodology, have a clear path into a senior role in our intelligence, advisory and communications practice, establishing yourself as a recognised voice on the application of AI to digital risk and reputation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We are a small firm, and we expect you to form your own view on what matters most for your clients, where the risks are, and where the practice should invest next, and to say it early and directly. Raising a problem or challenging a priority is part of the job, not an interruption to it.

What you'll do

You are the single point of accountability for reputation, intelligence and advisory across a portfolio of high-profile accounts:

  • Leading strategic communications and narrative development for high-profile clients: message frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, strategic positioning, and long-term content plans aligned to each client's reputation objectives
  • Owning direct client contact from day one, leading monthly report reviews across multiple accounts and interacting regularly with senior stakeholders — C-suite executives, law firm partners and private clients
  • Acting as technical expert on cases involving disinformation, kompromat-as-a-service and coordinated digital attacks, authoring reports for legal and C-suite audiences
  • Providing strategic counsel to clients and their legal advisers on complex matters, particularly in an AML, KYC and regulatory compliance context
  • Contributing to — and in time leading — the development of Dablam's intelligence products, with a focus on AI and large-language-model research
  • Establishing your external presence and building the referral relationships that generate business, representing the firm at industry events, publishing, and serving as the technical expert in business development
  • Forming and voicing your own view on what matters most for your clients, where the risks are, and where the practice should invest next
