The Opportunity
At Hidden Creative, a Client Partner is not someone who simply services accounts, organises meetings or waits for the next client brief.
We are looking for someone who can become indispensable to our clients.
Someone who enjoys understanding how engineering businesses work, building trusted relationships across their organisations and identifying valuable opportunities before a formal brief exists.
You will work alongside Hidden Creative's directors, strategists and delivery teams to help some of the world's leading engineering companies communicate complex ideas through immersive experiences and high-end video.
This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of important client relationships and make a visible contribution to the growth of Hidden Creative.
If you enjoy solving commercial problems, developing long-term relationships and creating growth through trust rather than hard selling, we would love to hear from you.
Important Application Information
A LinkedIn application alone will not complete your application.
To be considered, please apply through LinkedIn and email your CV together with your Client Partner Response to: careers@hiddenltd.com

About Hidden Creative
Hidden Creative are pioneers of immersive communication in the industrial metaverse.
We help leading engineering companies adopt and scale immersive communication through immersive virtual twin experiences and high-end video.
We call this Immersive Engineering Communication.
Our work helps engineering businesses improve sales, marketing, training and familiarisation by making complex products, technologies and ideas easier to understand.
We exist to push the boundaries of how visionary ideas are communicated.
Why This Role Is Different
Being a Client Partner at Hidden is about growing relationships, not simply managing them.
You will take the time to understand each client's organisation, its commercial priorities and the challenges it is trying to solve.
You will build relationships across departments, identify where Hidden Creative can create meaningful value and help shape opportunities that may not yet exist as formal briefs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
That could mean expanding an existing project, developing relationships within a new division, reactivating a previous client or helping someone understand a valuable use for immersive communication that they have not previously considered.
You will be supported by experienced colleagues across sales, strategy and delivery, but you will be the catalyst who turns strong work into lasting commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a trusted adviser and advocate for Immersive Engineering Communication
- Develop and grow the value of existing client relationships
- Build relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder groups within client organisations
- Identify new commercial opportunities before clients formally brief them
- Reactivate recent, lapsed and historic client relationships
- Create relationships within organisations where Hidden has credentials but does not currently work
- Translate client needs into clear and accurate briefs for our delivery teams
- Stay close to active projects so that challenges are identified and expectations are managed effectively
- Feed client insight into sales, strategy and delivery, helping us strengthen our products and services
- Maintain clear visibility of account performance, opportunities and commercial forecasts
What Success Looks Like
You will become someone our clients trust.
You will understand their businesses, recognise their challenges and help shape opportunities that create genuine value for both the client and Hidden Creative.
Success will be measured through:
- Growth within existing client accounts
- Client retention
- Repeat business
- New project conversion
- Reactivated client relationships
- Increased stakeholder reach within strategic accounts
- Referrals and advocacy for our work
- Healthy commercial forecasting
- Strong client satisfaction
The Type of Person We Are Looking For
You will probably have around six to eight years of experience in strategic account management, client development, consultative B2B sales or a comparable commercial role.
We are more interested in your commercial capability than a precise number of years.
You will be someone who:
- Is genuinely curious about clients, their organisations and the challenges they face
- Knows the difference between client small talk and a genuinely valuable commercial discussion
- Enjoys identifying opportunities as much as delivering successful outcomes
- Can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Understands that the right sale is based on solving the right problem at the right time
- Can navigate complex organisations and develop relationships beyond the original client contact
- Communicates clearly with both clients and internal delivery teams
- Brings people together rather than creating a divide between the client and the team
- Is comfortable discussing technical subjects without needing to be the technical expert in the room
- Has the judgement to challenge a brief when a better approach would create more value

Engineering experience is not essential.
We would rather appoint someone with exceptional commercial instinct, intellectual curiosity and relationship building ability than someone who understands engineering but has never proactively grown strategic accounts.
Before You Apply
We are deliberately asking for more than a CV.
This role depends on curiosity, commercial judgement and the ability to understand a client before proposing a solution. We would therefore like you to send us a short Client Partner Response answering the following three questions.
Please keep your complete response to no more than 500 words.
Question 1: Tell us about a time you significantly grew an existing client relationship. What was the situation, what did you personally do and what was the commercial outcome?
Question 2: Imagine you have inherited a client that has spent approximately £100,000 with Hidden Creative over the past three years but has not commissioned any new work for nine months. The relationship remains positive, but communication has slowed. What would you do during your first 90 days to rebuild momentum and identify meaningful opportunities?
Question 3: What interests you about Hidden Creative, Immersive Engineering Communication and this particular role?
Please email your CV and Client Partner Response to: careers@hiddenltd.com
Please use the following email subject: Client Partner Application: [Your Name]
Applications will only be reviewed once we have received both your LinkedIn application and your Client Partner Response.
