Zealous Agency is working an award-winning digital agency, to find an ambitious Client Partner to join their growing team in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager / Client Services professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with commercial instinct and wants to work with purpose-driven organisations across sectors including charity, higher education, culture and public policy.

You’ll play a key role in developing long-term client relationships, supporting account growth and helping clients get the very best from the agency.

The role

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Support the growth and retention of key accounts
  • Contribute to account plans, pitches and new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and introduce new services
  • Work closely with Project Managers and agency specialists to ensure excellent delivery
  • Represent the agency through networking, events and thought leadership
  • Develop specialist knowledge within your chosen sector

  • Experience in a digital agency across account management, client services or business development
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Commercial awareness and experience contributing to account growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders

  • Someone who is curious, credible, persuasive and genuinely enjoys working with clients
