Snap Inc is a technology company

We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

The global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization focuses on servicing, scaling and building advertiser partnerships with customers globally. This business unit is an ever-growing and evolving one, and Snap believes it represents a tremendous opportunity to introduce these exciting businesses to the next generation of consumers.

We’re looking for a Client Partner, Business Development to join our growing Sales Team in London. This is a true “hunter” role for a sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities and building a business from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting some of the most exciting and disruptive D2C brands and innovative tech companies into long-term Snap partners.

You’ll own your business end-to-end, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to build a high-potential client portfolio and drive significant new revenue growth for Snap. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts, a proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets, and a passion for helping the next generation of brands grow and win.

What you'll do:

  • Build the business: Identify, prospect, and win high-potential advertisers across D2C, e-commerce, tech, and other high-growth verticals.
  • Own your market: Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan, prioritizing the companies and opportunities with the greatest potential for Snap.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: Own opportunities from first outreach and discovery through pitch, negotiation, close, and successful onboarding.
  • Become a strategic partner: Advise advertisers on full-funnel growth strategies and demonstrate how Snapchat can solve business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
  • Sell at the highest level: Build trusted relationships with founders, C-level executives, and senior marketing leaders, delivering compelling and data-driven narratives.
  • Deliver growth: Consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets while maintaining a strong, disciplined pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with internal teams to unlock opportunities, remove barriers, and ensure new clients successfully scale on Snapchat.
  • Create what doesn't exist yet: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role — test new approaches, identify untapped opportunities, and help shape how we grow the Export business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
