Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

In this role you'll build deep client relationships, lead exceptional global teams, and pair with our solution leaders to deliver the best possible client outcomes while building the next generation of technology services.

What You'll Own

  • Relationships. Build durable trust with VP / C-level sponsors; become the outside voice they rely on for AI and cloud strategy decisions.
  • Account strategy & expansion. Build a strong portfolio based on trust, delivery excellence, and innovation.
  • Delivery. All of the work will be your responsibility, including the commitments you make and your approach to delivery.
  • Commercial ownership. Drive SOWs, forecasting, margin, staffing, and renewals across your portfolio.
  • Team orchestration. Partner with the delivery leads, engineers, and solution architects working with your clients, as well as our global team, to make sure we deliver the best possible outcomes, every day.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in consulting, professional services, or strategic account leadership, with a clear track record of growing accounts through delivery excellence.
  • Business and technical competence — you can work with executive stakeholders to understand their business problems and with technical teams to develop solutions.
  • Experience owning the full commercial stack: SOWs, forecasting, margin, procurement, staffing.
  • Comfort in lean, fast-moving environments where the account leader also rolls up their sleeves to deliver and work with clients.
  • Demonstrated wins in AI-based solutions, cloud transformation (AWS / Azure / GCP), or enterprise modernization programs at Fortune 500 scale.
