We're looking for an experienced Client Partner to drive strategic growth across the UK and Europe by helping Retail, Consumer Goods (CPG) and Manufacturing organisations transform their Finance & Accounting functions through Data, AI, Analytics and Digital Transformation.

This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on winning new clients, expanding strategic accounts and building trusted relationships with C-suite executives. You'll work alongside solution, consulting and delivery teams to develop innovative Finance Transformation solutions that deliver measurable business value.

If you have a proven track record of selling complex consulting, F&A Transformation, Analytics or AI-led solutions into Retail and Consumer organisations, we'd like to hear from you.

Duties

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Build and grow executive relationships across Retail, CPG and Manufacturing organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
  • Win new enterprise clients while expanding existing strategic accounts.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities across Finance & Accounting Transformation, Data & AI, Analytics and Digital Operations.
  • Engage with CFOs, Finance Directors, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Supply Chain Officers and other senior decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that solve client challenges including finance transformation, working capital optimisation, digital finance, intelligent automation and AI-enabled business operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity creation through to contract signature.
  • Work closely with Consulting, Solution Design, Delivery and Marketing teams to create tailored client solutions.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with clients and industry partners to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role

Essential

  • Proven success selling Finance & Accounting Transformation, Business Process Services, Consulting, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Strong Retail, Consumer Goods (CPG) or Manufacturing industry expertise.
  • Demonstrated success winning new logos and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-million-pound consulting or transformation opportunities.
  • Established relationships with senior decision-makers across Finance, Operations, Digital or Supply Chain functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skills and Personal attributes we would like to have

  • 8+ years' experience in enterprise sales, business development or client partnering.
  • Experience selling Finance Transformation or F&A Outsourcing solutions into Retail or Consumer organisations.
  • Strong understanding of challenges including:
    • Finance Transformation
    • Working Capital Optimisation
    • Record to Report (R2R)
    • Order to Cash (O2C)
    • Procure to Pay (P2P)
    • Shared Services
    • Intelligent Automation
    • AI & Analytics
    • Digital Finance
    • Supply Chain Finance
  • Experience working across UK and EMEA markets.
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA desirable.
