Meta Client Partner Opportunity

Meta is seeking a customer-centric and relationship-focused Client Partner with an appetite for strategic planning, operational rigor, data-led decision making, and a proven track record of executing on ambitious sales goals with global partners. The Client Partner for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic and vision setting relationship owner with our top advertisers where trust is built on platform mastery, combined with a significant understanding of our client’s business. The role will focus on building key strategic external and internal cross-functional relationships, including marketing, analytics, engineering, and product. Success in this position will consist of driving revenue growth, developing executive client influence, planning and leading long term vision for our client’s success through a consultative sales approach, as well as experience thriving in an agile, team-focused, and data driven environment delivering against defined timelines by prioritizing work based on impact and stakeholder needs. With a proven track record in brand & performance marketing and a solid understanding of each client's business, you'll develop growth plans & strategies that deliver long-term impact. This high-impact role is at the forefront of shaping and executing the partnership strategy to maximize incremental investment ROIs, accelerate innovation, and continuously elevate the client experience by implementing and streamlining processes and systems. As the trusted relationship owner, you will combine demonstrated platform expertise, a profound understanding of the industry, and a focus on incrementality-based decision making to build lasting trust and deliver value. You will serve as a business leader, driving strategic growth plans and fostering cross-functional collaboration across marketing operations, analytics, engineering, and product teams—both internally and with the client. Your extensive knowledge of performance media and proven business acumen will empower you to craft tailored growth strategies that create sustainable, long-term impact. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Planning: Drive step-change investment growth across Meta’s surfaces.
  • Client Analysis: Analyze the client’s business, industry, competition, company priorities, and marketing budget, define success metrics, and set goals for joint partnership objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Responsible and accountable for driving revenue growth and strategic impact for one of Meta's largest FMCG and FMCG Disruptor clients.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute client-specific growth strategies with both short- and long-term impact, grounded in data-driven insights and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and product teams.
  • Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships at the executive level, continuously positioning Meta as a strategic growth partner with a proven understanding of the FMCG vertical, as well as the client's business challenges and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strategize, plan, and lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement scalable products and solutions that continuously improve advertisers' business outcomes and expand the partnership.
  • Narrative Development: Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, and present findings to key decision-makers.
  • Innovation and Adoption: Champion innovation and product adoption across Meta's solutions by leveraging new ad formats, AI-driven optimization tools, and early-stage product tests - working closely with product teams.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate executive relationships externally as well as horizontal relationships both within and beyond core marketing teams both internally and externally.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and lead new business growth opportunities across regions.
  • Workstream Management: Manage complex workstreams end to end, and remain agile on client accounts.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Partnership: Partner with solutions managers across various opportunity areas.
  • Travel: Travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in brand building, digital marketing, or client-facing marketing and media strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience as a proven adviser influencing C-suite executives and clients.
  • Analytical leadership with a track record of translating data into powerful, actionable strategies.
  • Experience clearly communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the capacity to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • In-depth knowledge of the FMCG and disruptor-DTC industries, including brand building, full-funnel strategies, and key industry developments.
  • Solid understanding of brand and media strategies, cross-media measurement models, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-based hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the skill to craft compelling narratives.
  • Understanding of Meta’s and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to improve product features and functionalities.
  • Experience of working with global brands and clients across the UK and EMEA.
  • Experience from work with consumer retail businesses, experience from working with global fashion retail brands.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape and solutions, complemented by solid knowledge of the Meta advertising product suite.
  • Fluent in English, as the role requires communication with global partners and clients across the UK and EMEA.

  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements).
  • Success in this role demands consultative sales experience, demonstrated analytical capabilities, and the capacity to influence C-level stakeholders through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
