Travel: 30–50% travel to client sites across the UK.
Job Overview:
As a Client Partner - Insurance at Quantiphi EMEA, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our footprint within key account(s) in the #insurance industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance sector, its evolving digital landscape, and the ability to deliver AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation solutions that create measurable business impact.

You’ll work in an entrepreneurial environment, engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for key accounts in the insurance industry, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by positioning Quantiphi’s capabilities in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud solutions tailored for insurance organizations.
- Drive account expansion by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across business lines (e.g., life, health, property & casualty).
- Establish and maintain strong C-level and senior executive relationships across business, technology, and procurement functions.
- Collaborate with internal Technology, Go-To-Market, and Solution teams to develop industry-specific offerings that address critical insurance challenges such as claims optimization, fraud detection, customer experience, and underwriting automation.
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation — ensuring seamless execution of MSAs, SoWs, and commercial agreements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, introducing innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and customer engagement.
- Partner successfully with Quantiphi’s delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution and customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of professional experience in selling consulting services and technology solutions to large enterprises.
- 5 plus years of deep expertise in the insurance industry, with experience working with leading insurance enterprises or technology solutions consulting firms.
- 5 plus years of demonstrated success in scoping, designing, selling, and managing AI, data analytics, and/or cloud solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure, or Oracle) specifically within the insurance or financial services space (FSI).
- Strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and business development.
- Experience managing contractual lifecycles, including negotiating MSAs, SoWs, and pricing models.
- Exceptional executive-level engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage an account end-to-end, including sales, delivery oversight, and team coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). MBA is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events — up to 50%.

Other Qualifications:
- Strong Insurance sector understanding including Claims Processing, Underwriting, Fraud Detection, Customer Service, Risk Management, Personalization, and Data Analysis.
- Background in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations, as it relates to the insurance industry.
