You will lead cross-functional delivery and product teams to deliver world-class digital products and transformational experiences while expanding our commercial footprint.
As part of our global Client Partner community, you'll work closely with colleagues across regions to support opportunities, share knowledge, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Requirements

- Demonstrated success in expanding services horizontally across large, complex, matrixed enterprise organizations (Global 100 / Fortune 500).
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, negotiate at the senior levels, and establish trusted advisory relationships.
- Deep domain knowledge in digital product development, human-centered design, technology transformation, and emerging digital strategy.
- Deep understanding of revenue forecasting, margin optimization, commercial risk management, and pipeline tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, CRC reporting).
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly across Europe and the US as required by client engagements.
- Inspiring, inclusive team lead who thrives on collaborating with multidisciplinary digital specialists to deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Skilled communicator, facilitator, and negotiator with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Able to rapidly understand client contexts, build relationships quickly, and deliver impact with minimal onboarding.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
