About FX Digital
FX Digital is a specialist Connected TV agency providing a wide range of services spanning Product Strategy, UX/UI Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and OTT platform delivery. Over the past decade, we have become a trusted technology partner for some of the world’s leading streaming brands including Discovery+, BritBox, ATP Media, Dyn, Eurosport, and The Premier League.
Role Overview
As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in driving FX Digital’s continued growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You will own the commercial relationship from prospecting through to successful sale and continue to act as a strategic partner after project delivery begins.
This role combines consultative selling, strategic account management, and commercial leadership. You will work closely with delivery teams, technical specialists, design leads, and operations to shape solutions that help our clients succeed in an increasingly competitive Connected TV landscape.
You will be responsible for building trusted client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, leading proposal and procurement processes, and delivering exceptional client experiences that reinforce FX Digital’s reputation as a leading Connected TV specialist partner.
This role requires a proactive, autonomous, and hospitality-driven mindset. We are looking for someone who is commercially driven but equally focused on long-term relationship building and delivering value for clients beyond the contract signature.
You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with:
- Sales Operations Manager
- Delivery and Project teams
- Engineering and Product leadership
- Marketing and Events team

- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent FX Digital and generate opportunities.

- Stay informed on industry trends across Connected TV, streaming, sports OTT, and platform ecosystems.

- Own opportunities from initial qualification through to signed agreement.
- Support discovery workshops and leading commercial conversations with clients.
- Work collaboratively with our Sales Operations Manager to create proposals, presentations, SOWs, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to shape compelling client solutions.
- Lead procurement, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM (Hubspot) hygiene.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
