Salary: £27,000 (£45,000 FTE)
Location: Remote (must be based in Barking and Dagenham area)
Hours: 22.5 hrs 3 days a week

What would your role at We Are Group look like?
The role of Client & Partner Manager will be responsible for managing the Community Money Education and Early Intervention Money Advice contract across Barking and Dagenham for Council tenants. The role will be responsible for the day to day management of the contract along with stakeholder management of the client. The role will work closely with the Head of Product to ensure that the content to be delivered is fit for purpose and reviewed regularly to reflect feedback and any trends identified.

The role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with community partners. To research and identify possible new community partners, who will have the capacity, knowledge and resources to deliver the support to the service user. The role will work with the Community Partnership team to onboard them successfully and then take responsibility of the management of them. You will play a key role in expanding on the current partnerships to ensure we are maximising opportunities.
What are we looking for
We are looking for a confident and tenacious individual who has a great toolbox of skills to engage with people and organisations to build lasting relationships. Ideally you will have work experience as a partnership outreach manager, customer success manager or partnership manager within the education, social mobility, digital or social impact market.

You must be willing to travel across the Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham to meet partners and attend events so that you have your finger on pulse of the community that this role will be supporting. You would also need to come to our Coventry office once a month.
DBS clearance or ability to gain clearance is essential
