The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner – Retail to own and scale relationships with some of our marquee retail clients.
This is a senior, growth-focused role for someone who combines strong retail domain knowledge, executive-level client engagement and technology services sales experience. The individual will own the account strategy and growth agenda, working with our Industry Solutions Group, service lines and delivery organisation to identify opportunities and bring the best of our capabilities to the client.
Critically, we are looking for someone who can sell beyond the CIO organisation, developing relationships and originating opportunities across the CMO, COO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Supply Chain, Customer and other business organisations.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic retail accounts, with accountability for revenue, pipeline, relationships and account development.
- Build trusted relationships across both technology and business leadership, extending beyond the CIO/CTO into CMO, COO, CSO, Digital, Customer, Supply Chain and Operations organisations.
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans, identifying whitespace and creating opportunities beyond existing engagements.
- Originate and shape transformation programmes rather than relying primarily on RFP-led selling.
- Partner with our Industry Solutions Group to bring retail-specific propositions and industry insight into client conversations.
- Orchestrate our service lines across experience design, digital/product engineering, digital adoption, AI & data, enterprise applications, cloud and infrastructure services.
- Lead complex pursuits, propositions and commercial negotiations.
- Build a strong understanding of our differentiated capabilities and translate them into relevant client propositions.
- Drive an AI-first go-to-market, identifying where AI can create meaningful business value within existing and new transformation programmes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
