About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding media professional to join our Client Partnership team as a Client Partner, helping to shape and drive the strategy and commercial engagement for the Retail category.
You will bring extensive experience working with high-profile retail brands, alongside a proven track record of driving revenue growth and unlocking new commercial opportunities.
As Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering BMO's Reputation & Revenue strategy through proactive, aligned engagement with clients and agency partners. Using your category expertise, you will identify key trends, uncover emerging opportunities, and bring innovative thinking to market.
You will develop market-leading, insight-led solutions that demonstrate the power of OOH in delivering measurable business outcomes and meaningful impact for retail brands.

What you'll be doing
- Strategy & Growth: Define and help lead the Retail category strategy; identify trends, opportunities and challenges; and turn insights into commercial solutions that drive growth.
- Client leadership: Build and grow relationships with top retail advertisers; create bespoke account plans and lead immersive Playground sessions/workshops.
- Commercial Delivery: Active involvement in major pitches and proactive opportunities; collaboration with BMO teams (+ Audio/Publishing teams where applicable).
- Thought Leadership: Position yourself as a trusted advisor; showcase BMO Thought Leadership content and events with clients to position BMO as a key media partner for retail brands.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain and optimise Salesforce CRM.
Who are you?
- You have expert knowledge of, and experience working with, the Retail and/or Telecoms sector, (agency or client experience welcome, ideally with insight into Retail Media)
- Established relationships with key retail advertisers and agency partners
- Extensive experience in media (agency, media owner, or client-side)
- Proven track record of influencing media investment and unlocking new commercial opportunities
- Strong strategic thinker, able to go beyond the brief and see the bigger commercial picture
- Exceptional presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Commercially driven, with a focus on delivering strong, measurable outcomes
- Collaborative team player who builds effective internal and external relationships
