Client Partner

The Client Partner is the commercial owner and strategic lead for Meta’s key Tech Apps partners in Türkiye, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and long-term partnership health. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and C-level relationship management, requiring a candidate who can navigate ambiguity, lead through crises, and orchestrate complex internal resources to deliver impactful business results. This position demands executive presence and deep domain expertise in the mobile app, gaming, or digital native ecosystem. Regular travel will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Ownership & Revenue: Accountable for the end-to-end revenue, targets, and growth strategy for a high-profile portfolio of Tech Apps businesses; leads the account through crisis and complex commercial situations
  • Strategic Partnership Management: Establish and deepen trust with C-level executives, positioning Meta as a core driver of their business success through long-term vision and industry-specific expertise
  • Market Influence & Insight: Act as a thought leader who identifies macro and micro-trends (industry, consumer, competitor) to shape client strategies and inform Meta’s internal product roadmap
  • Operational Execution & Orchestration: Lead cross-functional collaboration to deploy scalable solutions, drive product adoption, and translate complex data into actionable narratives that elevate client results

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native Turkish fluency required to manage and grow partnerships with Tech Apps partners in Türkiye, and English proficiency required for internal collaboration
  • 8+ years of experience within mobile app, gaming, consulting, or digital native ecosystems (startup, scaleup, or enterprise); deep working knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and Meta’s solutions
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a revenue book of business against commercial targets for a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, high-impact commercial strategies
  • Executive presence with a proven track record of aligning C-suite stakeholders through structured, data-driven storytelling
  • Proven effectiveness in navigating ambiguity within fast-paced, evolving organizational environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating between technical client teams and business stakeholders
  • Applied experience with AI, Gen AI, LLM, and ML to drive performance and efficiency
  • Experience leading go-to-market and joint business planning for strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement & integrations such as MMPs, SKAN/AEM, MAPI
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • B.A. or B.S. in an engineering, business, or marketing field; an MBA is a plus
  • International cross-market work experience
