Role: Client Partner– Enterprise IT Services

We are looking for a senior client-facing leader to build strong CXO relationships, grow strategic enterprise accounts, and identify new business opportunities across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Relevant experience into Enterprise IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
  • Experience in Client Partner, Account Director, or Strategic Account Management roles.
  • Strong track record of growing enterprise accounts through consultative selling and account expansion.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, preferably within Fortune 2000 organizations.
  • Ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new-logo growth.
  • Good understanding of Cloud, AI & Data, Enterprise Applications, Digital Engineering, QA & Testing, Managed Services, and Modernization.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients across Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Healthcare, etc.
  • Experience managing large, multi-year enterprise engagements.
  • Comfortable working in an Onsite–Offshore delivery model.
  • Experience with a global IT services, consulting, or digital engineering organization.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
