Role Overview

You will support our B2B and Residential customers by progressing their orders and enable service delivery by securing the wayleave permissions required for G.Network to access and install within buildings, working collaboratively with landlords, managing agents and internal teams to remove legal, commercial and operational barriers quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Reactive Case Management

  • Take ownership of buildings referred because an order cannot progress without landlord or property access permission.
  • Review each case, establish the specific wayleave requirement and agree the fastest appropriate route to resolution.
  • Prioritise cases according to customer impact, revenue value, age, and likelihood of completion.
  • Maintain clear case records, next actions, and expected completion dates.

Landlord and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify and engage the relevant landlord, freeholder, managing agent or authorised property representative.
  • Explain the customer requirements, proposed installation and protections included within G.Network’s wayleave agreement.
  • Address queries, objections and delays, using clear commercial judgement to keep cases moving.
  • Negotiate and secure signed wayleave agreements within agreed authority and escalation routes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
