Client Experience & Relationship Manager

Salary: Competitive + Bonus

I'm currently partnering with a prestigious luxury Maison to recruit a Client Experience & Relationship Manager to join their London team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with an established background managing VIP and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships, developing strategic partnerships and creating exceptional bespoke client experiences.

The ideal candidate will come from one of the following backgrounds:

  • Luxury Hotels (Private Sales, VIP Sales or Guest Relations)
  • Luxury Hospitality
  • Luxury Retail
  • Concierge & Lifestyle Management
  • Luxury Travel
  • Family Offices
  • Luxury Event Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP and UHNW clients.
  • Develop bespoke client engagement strategies and personalised experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the UHNW client portfolio.
  • Build strategic partnerships within the luxury ecosystem.
  • Support the delivery of exclusive events, private appointments and VIP experiences.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional end-to-end client journey.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience working with VIP or UHNW clientele.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Experience within luxury, hospitality or other premium client-facing environments.
  • A polished, professional and commercially minded approach.
  • Confidence engaging with high-profile individuals and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM and client development is advantageous.
  • Arabic language skills would be highly beneficial but are not essential.
