Performance Analyst
We are looking for an experienced, commercially aware and naturally curious professional who can help Togglit understand, explain and improve the performance of its growing service. You will bring together data from client portfolios, customer support operations and the Togglit platform, using reporting and analytical software to spot trends, investigate results and recommend practical, solution-focused improvements. The role will also play an important part in supporting customer service team queries, investigating recurring scenarios, coordinating escalations and helping resolve the issues that need closer attention.
You will produce clear, accurate and well-structured reports for clients and senior stakeholders, including Tier 1 banks and major utility providers. The role is about looking beyond headline measures to understand what is driving performance, where customer or operational outcomes could be improved, and which actions are most likely to make a difference.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. Alongside leading client conversations and presenting findings, you may need to review data, investigate an unexpected result, support a customer service escalation, improve a reporting template, write the first version of a performance pack, test a system change, map a process or coordinate actions through to completion. You should be comfortable stepping into unfamiliar issues, asking good questions and finding a practical way forward.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse performance and turn insight into action
- Produce clear client, portfolio and operational performance reports that explain results, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Use Togglit and associated reporting tools to investigate performance, validate outputs and identify what is driving customer and operational outcomes.
- Turn findings into practical recommendations, with clear actions, priorities and measures of success.
- Work with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance colleagues to resolve issues, improve reporting and make service improvements stick.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
