Job Description
At Legal & General, we’re helping workplace scheme members better understand their savings, benefits and financial wellbeing. This role is all about taking information that can feel complex and turning it into clear, engaging and practical presentations that help people make more informed decisions.
We’re looking for Client Presentation Managers to join our Workplace Savings team. You’ll be creating and delivering member-facing webinars, presentations and benefit fair materials, working closely with clients, client directors and internal teams to make sure every session is well planned, easy to understand and delivered with confidence.

This role will involve regular UK travel for in-person presentations and client/member events, likely around once a week on average.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating clear and engaging presentation materials for workplace scheme members
- Delivering webinars, benefit fairs and employee engagement presentations
- Speaking with clients and client directors to understand requirements and agree content needs
- Coordinating webinar planning, logistics, content preparation and follow-up activity
- Managing timelines, stakeholder updates and delivery expectations across multiple sessions
- Turning pensions and financial wellbeing information into simple, member-friendly content
- Working with Customer Engagement, content, copy and creative teams to produce high-quality materials
- Ensuring all materials follow brand guidelines, Consumer Duty principles and tone of voice expectations
Who we're looking for:
- Experience presenting to a range of audiences, ideally through webinars, events or client/member-facing sessions
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills, with the ability to create clear and visually engaging decks
- Confidence working with clients, senior stakeholders or internal partners to understand needs and manage expectations
- Strong organisation skills, with experience managing timelines, logistics and multiple deliverables
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple, practical and audience-friendly way
- Familiarity with pensions, financial wellbeing or workplace savings would be helpful
- Experience in financial services, professional services, employee benefits or a similar client-facing environment would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel across the UK for face-to-face member and client activity
