RiverSafe is hiring a Client Principal
RiverSafe is hiring a Client Principal to open and grow client relationships across the public sector and help shape our practice. This is a credibility-led, client facing role for someone who already holds senior relationships with technology leaders and wants to turn those relationships into real engagements.
You won’t be running technical delivery yourself - our specialists handle that. Your role is to be the person IT leaders trust enough to have a meaningful conversation with, understand their priorities, and connect them with the right expertise within RiverSafe.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in growing our public sector presence and influencing how we engage the market as the business continues to scale.

What you'll do
- Open new relationships across public sector organisations, drawing on your existing network and reputation
- Hold credible conversations with CISOs and technology leaders to identify genuine problems and shape initial engagements
- Build and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Grow client relationships and expand engagements through long term stakeholder partnerships and meaningful outcomes
- Represent RiverSafe at industry events and in front of client leadership
- Work with our sales, marketing and partnerships teams to develop content, assets and events for our target market

What we're looking for
- A background in technology, security, consulting or programme delivery
- A genuine understanding of the challenges facing CISOs, CIOs and senior technology leaders
- An established network and reputation among security and technology leaders
- A track record of turning relationships into real, commissioned work, not just influence
- A clear understanding of how public sector organisations buy
- Demonstrable success growing client relationships and expanding engagements through delivery
