We are looking for a Client Project Associate to join a growing Project Management team in London.
This is a junior-level opportunity suited to someone looking to build their career across project management, client engagement, and professional services.
You will support senior team members with the delivery of client projects, helping coordinate stakeholders, manage deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of multiple client projects
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track project timelines, actions, and deadlines
- Manage day-to-day client queries and communication
- Produce client-facing documentation and reports
- Support project planning and internal initiatives
- Assist with proposals and new client opportunities

What we're looking for
- Fluency in at least one European language is essential
- Some experience in a client-facing or professional environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident dealing with clients and stakeholders
- Proactive, ambitious, and keen to learn
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Insurance experience is beneficial but not required
