About the Role
Are you highly organised, confident working with customers and experienced in coordinating multiple projects, orders or workstreams from start to finish?
We are recruiting for a Client Project Coordinator to join the Client Services team of a successful and established business in High Wycombe.
This is a fully office-based, client-facing project coordination and account management role, where you will take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers and coordinate their projects from the initial brief through production and ultimately to delivery.
You'll be the link between your customers and internal teams including Production, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Despatch and Accounts, making sure requirements are clearly understood, deadlines are achieved and customers remain informed throughout.
This isn't a traditional new-business sales position. The emphasis is on looking after existing customers, coordinating their requirements and keeping multiple live projects moving, while identifying opportunities to develop those relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of existing B2B customers and acting as a key point of contact
- Coordinating customer projects and orders from initial brief through to completion
- Understanding customer requirements and translating these into clear instructions for internal teams
- Preparing estimates and quotations
- Managing multiple live projects and monitoring work in progress
- Proactively managing deadlines, priorities and production milestones
- Keeping customers updated on progress and confirming delivery dates
- Working closely with Production, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Despatch and Accounts
- Liaising with external suppliers and partners where required
- Checking specifications and proofs to ensure customer requirements are met
- Updating internal systems, dashboards and work-in-progress information
- Investigating problems and coordinating solutions when issues arise
- Preparing completed work for accurate customer billing
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services
- Supporting colleagues across the wider Client Services team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
