About us
We're a creative events and communications agency delivering live experiences, content and internal comms for a portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally. Our work spans live, hybrid and virtual events of all sizes and styles, from multi-day conferences, awards shows and product launches to town halls, workshops and SLT offsites, alongside production-led activations and year-round communications campaigns. Which means no two projects, or two days, look the same.
We're a close-knit team where senior people stay close to the work. You'll have direct access to the MD and FD, real ownership of your clients, and the freedom to shape how projects run rather than following someone else's process. We're big enough to work with ambitious brands and small enough that what you do visibly moves the business forward.
The role
As a Client Project & Delivery Lead, you will take the lead on full end-to-end management for all of our communications and content projects along with our larger events and some of the smaller events with requirements for more than a production only solution. With various types of projects across multiple clients, we need someone who will be the main client contact, who can multi task and maintain control of all different projects. Someone who can coordinate multiple teams and keep them plus the client all on track – along with keeping the MD and FD up to date with status and client updates.

As a Client Project & Delivery Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving End-to-End Delivery: Owning and executing projects and events from concept to clean-up.
- Proposals: Crafting proposals.
- Supplier & Venue Management: Sourcing venues and negotiating top-tier terms with global suppliers.
- Team Synergy: Collaborating seamlessly with our internal and wider external teams, from creative, logistics, production and technical teams.
- Flawless Logistics: Managing delegate registration systems and travel/guest logistics along with creating and briefing in all delegate communications along the way.
- Financial Control: Building, tracking, and reconciling event budgets and looking to maximize ROI.
- Onsite Command: Overseeing and leading event execution on the ground, ensuring every moment runs like clockwork.
- Client Relationship Championing: Becoming the main point of contact for each of your clients – their go-to person whilst continually looking to strengthen and widen our client teams.
About you
You're an experienced event professional who thrives on holding a lot of moving parts at once and never drops a ball. You've run projects end to end before and you're comfortable being the person everyone (clients, suppliers, internal teams) looks to for the answer.
Is this you…
- Several years' experience managing events and communications projects agency-side, including large-scale and complex deliveries
- Naturally organised, with the discipline to run multiple concurrent projects at different stages without losing detail
- Confident and credible with clients at senior level, building relationships that outlast individual projects
- Commercially minded, with solid budget-building and reconciliation experience and an instinct for where value can be added
- A strong communicator who briefs teams clearly, escalates early and keeps stakeholders genuinely informed rather than just copied in
- Calm and decisive under pressure, especially onsite when plans need rewriting in real time
- Collaborative by nature, getting the best out of creative, production and technical colleagues rather than working around them
- Happy to travel and work flexible hours around live delivery
- Proficient with registration platforms, project management tools and the usual suite of event tech
- Above all, you take pride in the details, care about the experience the audience has, and want to work somewhere your ideas actually get built.

The Term
This is an initial 12 month FTC contract.
Location: Fully remote with travel to client offices, events sites and our Ringwood office as necessary.
