The Opportunity

As a Mid-weight Project Manager within our Experience & Transformation team, you will lead the successful delivery of digital transformation projects for a portfolio of tier-one clients. Working across website design and build projects, CMS implementations, MarTech initiatives and digital experience solutions, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of digital, web and MarTech projects for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and change control.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Developers, QA, UX, DevOps and Analytics specialists.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, stand-ups, stakeholder meetings and delivery reviews.
  • Support discovery, solution planning and requirements definition for complex digital solutions.
  • Oversee delivery activities including UAT, release planning, go-live readiness and post-launch reviews.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Sales teams on project scoping, estimations and future opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practice and supporting delivery excellence across the team.

The Fit

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and enjoys bringing together clients, technical specialists and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Managing digital, web, software or technology projects within an agency, consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Leading project delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning and discovery through to deployment.
  • Working with technical teams and managing delivery dependencies, risks and release activities.
  • Delivering CMS, Headless CMS, Digital Experience Platform, SaaS or integration-led projects.
  • Managing client relationships and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Controlling budgets, forecasting, scope management and change requests.
  • Producing structured project documentation, governance artefacts and delivery reporting.
  • Facilitating workshops, ceremonies and stakeholder updates that drive progress and decision-making.
  • Balancing multiple priorities while maintaining delivery quality and commercial control.
  • Applying Agile delivery principles and project management best practices.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • MarTech platforms, marketing technology implementations or digital marketing operations.
  • Analytics, tagging, personalisation, CRM or CDP-related initiatives.
  • Website migrations, cloud-hosted solutions and systems integrations.
  • Accessibility, SEO, performance optimisation and digital experience best practices.
  • Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and modern CMS ecosystems.
  • Working within consultancy, digital agency or transformation-focused environments
