Project Manager – Sales & Client Campaigns

Edinburgh | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start

Caledonia Group is looking for ambitious people ready to step into a new challenge and build experience across project management, sales, client campaigns and leadership.

You’ll work on face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns for established brands, gaining hands-on experience in campaign coordination, team performance and commercial growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and support client campaigns
  • Track sales and campaign performance
  • Work closely with teams to keep projects on target
  • Build client and customer relationships
  • Identify ways to improve campaign results
  • Develop your leadership and commercial skills
