WisdomTree is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Client Proposals and Regulatory Fund Reporting team. This entry-level position will support the team responsible for managing and completing client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and producing regulatory fund reporting. The role will also involve enhancing and recommending improvements for internal processes and managing internal databases.
The successful candidate will have familiarity and/or experience with the DDQ/RFI process, within financial services and will play a key role in the production of our client due diligence questionnaires and regulatory fund reporting.
Key Accountabilities and Scope
Client Due Diligence Questionnaires
- Contribute to writing, coordinating, and reviewing compelling responses to client DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc due diligence requests across the full product range of WisdomTree in Europe.
- Collaborate with and review responses from internal contributors and subject matter experts.
- Engage with written sources to draft clear, concise due diligence responses, ensuring the material is complete, accurate, and maximises business opportunities.
- Adhere to internal deadlines throughout the DDQ process, working with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and third-party providers.
- Meet external client deadlines by establishing priorities and due dates for client requests.
- Refine materials to meet the unique needs of each client in collaboration with the Sales team, ensuring consistency with internal messaging and disclosure standards.
- Adhere to established approval processes and standards for the completion of each DDQ client request.

Regulatory Fund Reporting
- Assist in the production, publication and distribution of a diverse range of fund reporting files on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as required by our clients and regulatory obligations.
- Support the preparation and dissemination of key regulatory templates (TPT, EMT, EPT, EET) across UCITS, ETCs, and our wider product range, in collaboration with the ESG team.
- Adhere to approval processes for all fund reporting files, in accordance with team policies and procedures.
- Ensure reports are uploaded to the relevant internal systems successfully and help streamline the upload process to reduce manual effort.
Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity and/or experience with the DDQ/RFI process, within financial services.
- Experience in drafting and managing client DDQs and other client-facing or policy-related documentation in English.
- Knowledge of, or capacity to learn, the frameworks of TPT, EMT, EPT and EET reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data sets and perform data validation.
- Detail-oriented, with strong attention to writing, editing, and translating investment and operational topics into client-friendly language, as well as accuracy in updating data reporting files.
- Project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in collaboration with senior team colleagues.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the broader team's goals.
