Client Referral Coordinator
Customer Service Centre, Stockton on Tees
£26,227 per annum
We are seeking a Client Referral Coordinator to join our team in Stockton on Tees. As a Client Referral Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for people seeking treatment and NHS professionals arranging urgent bed placements. Working in our 24/7 Referral Centre, you'll deliver outstanding customer service, guide people through their options, and help them access the care they need. This role involves shift work which includes evenings, nights and weekends. What you'll be doing
You'll be the first point of contact for private clients, NHS professionals and online enquiries, providing a compassionate, professional service and helping people access the right treatment. Managing referrals via phone, email and Salesforce, you'll ensure information is accurate and up to date while delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll work closely with colleagues to meet service standards and performance targets, continuously develop your knowledge of Priory's services, and play an active role in supporting our 24/7, 365-day Referral Centre through a flexible rotating shift pattern.

What you'll bring to the role
You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Confident over the phone and highly organised, you'll be able to identify client needs by asking the right questions while accurately capturing information using a range of IT systems.
You'll have previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets. Healthcare experience is an advantage but isn't essential – we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
