Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Client Relations Account Manager I to join our ever-evolving Operations Service Excellence team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own as the Client Relations Account Manager

  • Responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with Worldpay clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight, and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with one or more assigned clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters, ensuring prompt issue resolution and strong client retention.
  • Develop effective working partnerships with clients and internal Worldpay stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with clients, Relationship Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all client documentation and operational requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs and business objectives are understood and supported.
