Position: Associate, EMEA Insurance Client Relations

We are working with a leading global investment management firm who are seeking an Associate to join its EMEA Insurance Client Relations team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional to support institutional insurance clients while working closely with investment, portfolio management, marketing and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day service to institutional insurance clients, including fielding client queries, portfolio reviews, cross-selling, reporting, presentations and client communications.
  • Support business development through prospect research, meeting preparation, presentations and follow-ups, attending client meetings and networking events in-person.
  • Partnering with the RFP team to ensure they have up to date information about the firm's insurance capabilities for the completion of RFPs, due diligence questionnaires and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, investment presentations and thought leadership content.
  • Support client events, strategic asset allocation analysis, peer benchmarking and other analytical projects.
  • Contribute to product development and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM data and support business management and pipeline tracking.

About You

  • Degree educated, ideally in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years' experience within asset management, specifically with exposure to insurance clients.
  • Strong interest in investment markets and institutional clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous.
