Client Relations Manager - Private Sector

Location: Rochdale (Hybrid), with occasional travel to meet clients

Engage, part of Marston Holdings Ltd, is a field solutions business, conducting more than 50,000 visits to people and property every month. As a field services provider, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and adaptability. Every client has their own unique requirements, and we strive to ensure that our technology and the skills and knowledge of our field force always exceed expectations.

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of key private sector clients.

With a primary focus on our Engage portfolio: spanning early-stage collections, field services, metering and specialist services — you’ll build trusted client relationships, oversee service performance and help drive client satisfaction, retention and growth. You’ll also support a portfolio of High Court Enforcement accounts.

Working closely with Operations, Compliance, Business Development and senior stakeholders, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and operational teams, ensuring services are delivered effectively, compliantly and in line with contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of private sector client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at operational and management level.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs and financial performance, providing clear reporting and insight.
  • Resolve client queries, complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Work with operational and compliance teams to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, service improvements and cross-selling.
  • Support client onboarding, contract renewals and business development activity.
  • Act as the Voice of the Client, sharing feedback and market insight across the business.
  • Stay up to date with relevant industry, legislative and regulatory requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
