Client Relations & Sales Executive (Part-Time)
📍 Remote
💷 £12–£18 per hour (depending on experience) + Performance-Based Commission & Bonus
⏰ 10–15 hours per week / flexible timings
We’re a growing premium wedding photography and videography company looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Client Relations & Sales Executive to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and helping couples throughout their wedding journey. You’ll be responsible for handling enquiries, conducting consultation calls, converting leads into bookings and providing excellent customer support from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries.
- Conduct consultation calls with potential clients.
- Guide couples through our services and booking process.
- Follow up with enquiries and help convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Keep projects organised and ensure deadlines are met.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident communicator with strong people skills.
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or events.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple conversations.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
