🚨 Client Relations Team Supervisor | Ware | £32,000–£35,000
I’m working with an established and growing technology services business looking to hire a Client Relations Team Supervisor to join their team in Hertfordshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service, administration, and operations who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting a busy client-facing team.
The role:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate customer queries, service calls, engineer visits, and installations
- Support customer onboarding, contracts, billing, and pricing administration
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure actions are followed through to resolution
- Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and contract information across internal systems
- Support and cross-train team members to ensure strong coverage across the department
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service standards
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Service, Engineering, and Operations

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar operational role
- Strong organisation and excellent attention to detail
- Confident telephone and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Experience using CRM, database, or operational systems
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused approach
- Someone comfortable taking responsibility and helping support the wider team
