What will you be doing?

As a Client Relationship Administrator for British Engineering Services Group, you will be working as part of the NFU Mutual Account Management Team to ensure one of our largest clients receives the highest level of service. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be a key contact for customers, agents, underwriters, and Engineer Surveyors, ensuring all queries are managed through to resolution.

You will:

  • Create and maintain customer records and contracts using CRM systems and the NFU Mutual Engineering Inspection Portal.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all customer queries, whether face-to-face, by telephone, or email, are managed through to resolution.
  • Support growth and development activities for engineering inspection services and additional service offerings.
  • Work with customers to resolve complaints in line with FCA guidelines.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with NFU Mutual colleagues and customers, delivering exceptional service at all times.
  • Develop strong internal networks with key stakeholders to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Support the Account Director with administrative and planning tasks.

To join our team, you will need:

  • Experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience producing complex reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • A positive attitude and strong team-working approach.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, with occasional UK travel potentially required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and remain resilient
