CRS Interiors

Client Relationship & Business Development Manager – Design & Build

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Design & Build, commercial interiors or construction sector.

This is a relationship-led role focused on developing long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners, and working closely with our internal design, estimating and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.

Success in this role comes from understanding clients' businesses, uncovering opportunities early and becoming a trusted advisor throughout the project journey.

What You'll Be Doing

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

  • Develop meaningful relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Engage with occupiers, landlords, project managers, architects and consultants early in the project lifecycle.
  • Understand client objectives, workplace challenges and business drivers.
  • Become a trusted adviser who clients return to for future projects.

Generate Design & Build Opportunities

  • Identify new Design & Build, refurbishment and fit-out opportunities across commercial, industrial, education and healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking, referrals, market intelligence and industry events.
  • Qualify opportunities and develop strategies to maximise win rates.
  • Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
