Location: Hybrid/Kings Hill, Kent
Salary/package: Up to £30,000 per annum
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Here at UK Teach we're looking for a confident and people-focused person to join our friendly team as a Partnerships Executive.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, starting conversations and engaging proactively with customers. You'll be naturally curious, organised and confident communicating with people by phone, email and on LinkedIn. If you have experience in recruitment, education, customer service, account management or another relationship-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.

Why this role matters

As a Partnerships Executive, you'll play an important role in identifying and engaging new schools, trusts and education organisations, helping to build relationships that support the growth of UK Teach.

A significant part of this role involves proactively contacting potential customers by phone, email and via LinkedIn to identify and initially engage with relevant contacts, introducing them to UK Teach and identifying opportunities for further conversations.

You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, supporting outreach activity, marketing campaigns and the progression of partnership opportunities. Success in this role comes from being confident, proactive and genuinely interested in building meaningful relationships within the education recruitment market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching and maintaining accurate prospect lists to support targeted outreach activity.
  • Contacting schools, trusts and other education organisations through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn.
  • Building early-stage relationships and acting as a positive first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities for further discussion and engagement.
  • Supporting the Partnerships Consultant and Head of Partnerships with lead progression and follow-up activity.
  • Recording customer insights and market intelligence to inform targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Maintaining regular and professional communication to keep prospects engaged.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of targeted email campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Creating and coordinating simple campaign content and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Following up on campaign responses and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting reporting activity.
  • Preparing materials for meetings, presentations and proposals.
  • Working collaboratively with marketing, operations and partnerships colleagues to achieve team objectives.
  • Representing UK Teach professionally at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities where required.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in recruitment, education, customer service, account management or another relationship-focused role would be beneficial.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging proactively with new contacts.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face interactions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing team.
  • Comfortable using systems and technology, with a willingness to learn CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
