Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Euroline's trade customers — independent kitchen retailers, architects and developers, kitchen manufacturers, and private-label partners — building strong, lasting relationships that support repeat business.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce products from our brand range to both existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client enquiries, quotes, and order queries promptly and professionally, liaising with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.
- Support the onboarding of new accounts, including setting up showroom presentations, product training, and providing brochures/technical documentation to help retailers sell our products confidently.
- Monitor account activity and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams where needed to reach a satisfactory outcome.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and opportunities to support forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted client communications (product launches, promotions, trade events) to keep our customer base engaged and informed.
- Represent Euroline at trade shows, showroom visits, and client meetings as required.
