Location: Caerphilly — fully office-based
Pay: £15 per hour, self-employed
Hours: Initially around 10 hours per week, with flexible hours to be discussed
Start: Immediate start available
About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to support our clients and advisers at Trulife Financial.
You’ll contact clients regarding mortgage follow-ups, wealth servicing and insurance matters. You’ll arrange appointments, follow up outstanding information and provide a reassuring point of contact while keeping clients informed throughout.
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
- Contact clients to follow up on mortgage enquiries, applications and outstanding requirements.
- Support advisers with mortgage follow-up calls and client communications.
- Contact wealth clients regarding servicing, reviews, appointments and outstanding information.
- Maintain regular contact with insurance clients and assist with queries or follow-up requirements.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Arrange client reviews and appointments with mortgage, wealth and insurance advisers.
- Book appointments, send reminders and coordinate adviser diaries.
- Follow up outstanding information, documents and actions.
- Maintain accurate client records and contact notes.
- Liaise with clients, providers and insurers where appropriate to obtain updates or supporting information.
- Identify opportunities to connect clients with our mortgage, protection and wealth advisers.
- Handle client information confidentially and follow company procedures.

This is a client support and relationship management role and does not involve providing financial advice or making lending, investment or insurance decisions.
About you
You’ll have:
- A friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to speak confidently with clients about mortgages, wealth servicing and insurance matters.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to following tasks through.
- Confidence using email, office software and client databases.
- The ability to manage follow-ups and prioritise tasks effectively.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional, helpful and client-focused approach.

Experience in customer service, administration or financial services would be helpful. Experience in mortgage, wealth management or insurance support is desirable but not essential.
