Graduate Client Relationship Executive
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We’re hiring a Graduate Client Relationship Executive to join our Nottingham team and develop long-term relationships with business clients in the logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and growing in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
From day one, you’ll be learning how to manage clients and grow accounts, with support from experienced colleagues and clear development pathways.
- Build strong, professional relationships with business clients
- Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers
- Learn how to understand client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and earn commission
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Develop key commercial, communication, and negotiation skills

What We’re Looking For
This role is designed for graduates at the start of their career.
- 2:1 degree or above from a recognised university
- Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience (part-time, placement, internship, retail, hospitality, or office-based roles all count)
- Confident communicator with a positive, professional attitude
- Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working towards goals and targets
- Interest in building a long-term career in client relationships or account management
