About Horizon Parking

Horizon Parking, part of Horizon Group, is one of the UK’s leading parking management providers, operating across more than 2,500 car parks nationwide. Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to creating a supportive, forward-thinking workplace built around pride, integrity, innovation and growth through people.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our Sales Team and support the management and growth of key client accounts. You’ll help maintain strong existing relationships while identifying opportunities to expand our engagement with clients — whether through additional services, new sites or improvements to existing operations. The role combines client relationship management, sales support, data analysis and project coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within a growing commercial team. You’ll also carry out desktop surveys and site analysis, using available data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future car park management. This is primarily a desk-based role at our Chelmsford Head Office, with virtual client meetings and occasional travel to client sites or other facilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
