The Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving retention, and reinforcing Eightcap's reputation as a leading online trading business. Through strategic relationship management and proactive support, the role contributes to the company's growth and long-term success.

Requirements

To drive real impact in this role, you will:

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: You'll manage the complete Retail journey from first application to active trader, helping new clients navigate onboarding with clarity and confidence
  • Build Relationships That Last: Working directly with Retail clients, you'll provide first-class support and service, helping them with account management best practice and platform functionality — turning every interaction into an opportunity to build trust
  • Be the Markets Expert: You'll stay informed on financial markets trends and the CFD and FX landscape, and use that knowledge to communicate confidently with clients
  • Champion Client Satisfaction: You'll be the person clients turn to when something needs resolving, ensuring every issue is handled promptly and every client walks away satisfied
  • Bring Precision to Everything You Do: You'll keep accurate, up-to-date records of every client interaction in Salesforce CRM, and work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory obligations are consistently met
  • Thrive on Performance: You're driven by targets, energized by a fast-paced environment, and consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs

Qualifications

You'll bring a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or at least 1 year of experience in a B2C sales role in financial services, ideally with a Spread Betting/CFD broker.

A solid understanding of financial markets and the Spread Betting/CFD industry, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service will set you apart.
