Client Relationship Manager
Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing Client Success team.
This is a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of the client journey from the moment a deal is signed through onboarding, certification, and ongoing account management. You'll become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding service while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and support business growth.

What you'll be doing
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll act as the voice of the customer throughout their certification journey, working closely with Sales, Auditors, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients
- Acting as the primary relationship owner across a portfolio of accounts
- Building strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Guiding clients through certification milestones and audit programmes
- Resolving client queries and complaints, ensuring positive outcomes
- Identifying and escalating retention risks before they impact the client relationship
- Uncovering opportunities for cross-sell and upsell activity
- Gathering customer feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate client records and activity within HubSpot
- Supporting wider client engagement, referral, and advocacy programmes

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines excellent relationship-building skills with strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for customer success.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Relationship Management
- A proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong complaint handling and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with experience identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver the best outcome for customers
